When you're ready, we will set up a window to roll out the Culture Pulse 360™ Inventory to staff in your district at a building level:

  • We provide the communication & cadence for you to push out to staff prior to the survey window, during, and as we wrap up 
  • Choose strategic leaders to be part of our 3 hour custom debrief of your personalized, building level data
  • Choose 2 domains to start the planning & intervention process

Collaboratively Create Your Care Plan

The secret to building a collaborative working environment with happy team members?  THERE IS NO SECRET!  Step 3 involves strategic planning around those domains that you'd like to improve upon :

  • We will be working on your top 2 "opportunity" domains based on data + your team's live feedback during your debrief
